The Amphibians of the Central Appalachians

We are currently in the process of writing a field guide to the amphibians of the Central Appalachians. The scope of the book will include all of West Virginia, Maryland’s Mountainous Region, Virginia’s Mountainous Region, and Southwest Pennsylvania’s Mountainous Region.

We are currently raising funds via a kickstarter campaign to pay for the various costs associated with this project. We need money to fund travel for photographing the species in the book, design software, test prints, and to pay our incredibly talented illustrator.
